Kay Warrington

Legal Specialist

Kay Warrington is the Legal Specialist at Bryan & Harp Law, LLP, bringing over two decades of legal, academic, and hands-on experience to the firm's clients across Mississippi.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the Mississippi College School of Law and holds a Master of Science in Social Justice & Criminology from Delta State University. Her extensive background includes eight years of public service as a probation officer beginning in 2004, followed by work in civil law firm operations since 2012. Throughout her career, she has maintained a strong focus on personal injury and workers' compensation claims. Two decades of perspective across public service and private practice give her a deep, practical understanding of how the legal system functions and how to best protect the people navigating it.

While in law school, she focused heavily on hands-on advocacy, volunteering at the Mission First Legal Aid Clinic and actively participating in both the Guardian Ad Litem Clinic and the Adoption Clinic. Through this work, she developed a passion for helping vulnerable individuals find their voice, navigate complex legal hurdles, and access the justice they deserve.

Originally from the St. Louis, Missouri area, she now lives in Bentonia with her husband, Cody, and their three dogs, Izzy, Delbert, and Winston. She knows how stressful and overwhelming legal battles can be, and she is dedicated to ensuring every client receives the clear communication, respect, and tireless support they deserve from start to finish.
